Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretary/Receptionist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and managing front desk operations. Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Answer and screen incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as needed.
Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for executives and staff, coordinating calendars and sending reminders.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
