Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality control checks on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement quality control procedures, processes, and documentation to monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators.

Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on samples or batches of products using various tools, equipment, and techniques.

Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to address issues and improve processes.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems, implement quality improvements, and ensure continuous compliance with quality requirements.

Conduct root cause analysis and investigations to determine the causes of quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

Train and educate production operators and quality control staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure awareness and adherence to quality requirements.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality control activities, inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and tests.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
