Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections and quality tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues or deviations from standards.
Investigate customer complaints or product defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality test results, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or assurance.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
