Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
Introduce services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
Answer questions and address concerns raised by prospects.
Provide accurate information about products or services and pricing details.
Persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
Maintain records of interactions with prospects and update customer databases.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive and confident demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
Strong closing skills and objection handling abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
