Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
