Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency
Collaborate with different departments to enhance processes and procedures

Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar role
Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
