Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting and optimization efforts.
Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency across digital initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Maintain brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all digital marketing activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of digital marketing execution.
Experience with SEO, content marketing, and website optimization is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
