Responsibilities:
Assist with the receiving, storing, and organizing of inventory in the warehouse.
Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse processes and workflows.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and meet company goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
