We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Outdoor Sales Staff to promote and sell our products/services directly to customers in outdoor settings. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, persuasive, and customer-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through outdoor sales activities such as door-to-door canvassing, street sales, and outdoor events.
Engage with potential customers to present product/service features and benefits in a compelling manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales transactions.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and market penetration.
Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
