Position: Order Taker

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders
Assist customers in selecting menu items
Enter orders accurately into the system
Provide information about menu items and promotions
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for order fulfillment
Ensure customer satisfaction with their orders

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Order Taker is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle high-order volumes efficiently
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
Positive and friendly demeanor
