We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
