To fill the position of Cashier/Receiving Clerk in our Accounts Section, we are looking for someone who is meticulous and detail-oriented. In addition to managing cashier duties, this position involves receiving and inventory management within the accounts department.
Job Role:
The role involves handling cashier duties, receiving and inventory management, accounting support, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulations. It involves processing cash, credit card, and electronic payments, providing excellent customer service, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring timely processing. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and internal departments, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, receipts, and invoices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a cashier, receiving clerk, or accounts assistant is advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
