Ensure the integrity and security of all data through regular checks and audits.
Assist in the organization and filing of physical and electronic documents.
Collaborate with other team members to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Generate reports and provide timely updates on data-related tasks.
Handle routine clerical tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of logistics processes is a plus, but not required.
