Job Description

Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the store area.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in appropriate locations.
Assist in preparing and packaging materials for shipment.
Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with storage and safety guidelines.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with incoming or outgoing materials.
Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
Familiarity with warehouse and storekeeping procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
