Responsibilities:

Process and manage bi-weekly or monthly payroll cycles accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
Verify and reconcile time and attendance data for accuracy
Process new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
Generate and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll
Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations
