Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and implement well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, utilizing innovative and interactive teaching methods.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum team to contribute to the development and enhancement of the school’s curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.

Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Implement strategies to support students with different learning needs.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and respectful behavior among students.

Parental Engagement: Establish and maintain open communication with parents to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and encourage parental involvement in the learning process.

Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on educational trends, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
