Provide information on products, promotions, and services
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store
Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
Assist in resolving issues related to customer transactions

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
High school diploma or equivalent
