Job Summary

– Serve the Office solution machines from the all perspectives. From Installation, Servicing to Customer complain management are being designated for a vending Servicer to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Serving the Customer – Support in Installing, delivery, move and pickup the equipment to minimize customer downtime – Educate customers on Products, basic equipment repair and up-keep procedures to minimize avoidable calls. – Performing preventive maintenance

– Collect accurate and complete customer information – Prioritize and schedule equipment moves on a daily basis to meet customer’s windows

– Invoice submission, payment collection.

Planning Development and Execution

– Install, deliver, move and pickup the equipments in a cost effective and in timely manner if required. – Follow a daily journey plan to be efficient in machine time to serve – Report any missing/relocated machines – Maintain good relation with customers & deliver high level of service – Inspect machines and meters to determine causes of malfunctions and fix minor problems – Contact superior or make arrangements for the removal of machines in cases where major repairs are required. Solving Problems – Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity.

– Attend Customer complains at all times.

Handling Housekeeping and Safety – Perform all activities in a safe manner – Operate service vehicles per local safety standards – Maintain service vehicle in a clean and organized manner – Insure that activities performed meet government regulatory standards – Wear belts when lifting / moving heavy objects

Qualifications and Skills

High School

Ability to speak English Language.

Experience on UAE roads

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Valid UAE driving license (Required)
