Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards and insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.
Requirements:

Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in selling credit cards or insurance products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to sales.
Knowledge of credit card and insurance products is a plus.
