Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Assist in preparing and serving beverages to staff and guests
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, including the kitchen and common spaces
Handle minor maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
Run errands, such as banking and post office visits
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office supplies
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is advantageous
Basic knowledge of office procedures and etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle basic office equipment
Punctual and reliable
