We are seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in providing exceptional service to our shoppers and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
Provide information about promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization at service counters.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct product returns and exchanges following company policies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers.
Basic math skills for processing transactions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
Knowledge of Hypermarket products and layout is a plus.
