Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Receiving Supervisor. The Receiving Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and accurate receipt of incoming goods in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the receiving team in daily operations.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming shipments.
Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of received goods.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
Train and mentor receiving staff on proper procedures.
Maintain accurate records of received inventory.
Monitor and enforce safety and compliance protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receiving Supervisor in a warehouse setting.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and receiving processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
