Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Cashier. The General Cashier will play a crucial role in handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Provide courteous and friendly service to customers.

Ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied to transactions.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues related to transactions.

Collaborate with the finance team to report any discrepancies or concerns.

Follow cash handling policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
