As a waiter/waitress, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and efficient service.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and answering questions about menu items.
Taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serving food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
Anticipating and addressing guests’ needs and preferences.
Ensuring tables are clean and tidy and resetting them for the next guests.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
