Job Title: Teacher Assistant

Job Description:
Join our educational team as a Teacher Assistant and contribute to the learning and development of students. We are seeking dedicated and nurturing individuals to support classroom activities and assist teachers in creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
Support individual students or small groups in their learning
Provide assistance with classroom management and behavior
Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
Supervise students during class and outdoor activities
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist in assessing and tracking student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members
Follow health and safety protocols in the classroom
Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a related role is preferred
Relevant education or certifications in early childhood education or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy in working with children
Ability to take direction from lead teachers and work collaboratively
Basic understanding of child development principles
Availability to work during school hours
High school diploma or equivalent
