Join our customer service team as a Call Center Clerk and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to incoming calls from customers
Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve customer issues
Input customer data and update records in the database
Follow call scripts and guidelines for consistent communication
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in customer files
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
