We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the logistics and distribution operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods from our facilities to customers, maintaining efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
Plan and schedule transportation routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory.
Resolve any transportation or logistics-related issues as they arise.
Monitor and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes.
Implement strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in logistics and distribution.
