*Cashier Clerk-Filipina Female*
URGENT WALK – IN INTERVIEW ON 06th DEC. 2023 @09:00 IN THE MORNING
Location: (old) Al Hilal Bank Bldg. Floor 2nd Office 205.
Land mark: Near Al qusais metro stn. KFC/Juice World

Must meet the following criteria:
1. Has two months valid visa.
2. Some previous work-related skills. For example, working directly with the public.[Cashier experience is an advantage].
3. Secondary High School Graduate preferred. [MUST have a MOFA-attested Diploma in the origin country and UAE.
4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
5. Excellent computer skills [MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.]
6. Comprehensive knowledge of computer accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP)
7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
8. Time management skills, good organizational, and ability to multitask.
9. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
10. Customer service and attention to detail.
11. Consistent, professional dress and manner.
12. Must be Fluent in English.

Task include:
1. Screening incoming calls and forwarding them to the specific department.
2. Collecting/Receiving driver cash payments and creating transaction receipt entries in the ERP/Tally system.
3. Counting cash register drawer at the end of each shift and Deposit in SCDM machine.
4. Counting Cash on Hand and preparing Deposit Slip to be collected by Transguard Security.
5. Maintaining records of all driver receipts from Cash payments and bank deposits.
6. Forwarding to the Senior Accountant all driver complaints with regards to driver monthly payment, traffic fines, outstanding and other issues of driver.
7. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior (s) / management.

Salary/Benefits:
1. Per month Salary – AED 4,000/
2. Week OFF – Two days
3. Annual Leave as per Labor Law – 30 Days paid
4. Yearly Ticket Allowance
