We are looking for a skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail in managing catering events.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate catering events from preparation to execution, ensuring all aspects meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
Manage and lead catering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and dietary needs.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and culinary teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering services.
Oversee setup, arrangement, and presentation of catering events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for catering events, and ensure their proper maintenance and utilization.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during catering events in a timely and professional manner.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities to motivate and manage catering staff effectively.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in catering, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
