Description


We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Procurement Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role will primarily involve providing administrative support to the procurement department while assisting in various procurement-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier communications, and contract administration.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management and stock control.
Prepare and review procurement reports, analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and products.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a procurement support role is preferred.
Knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and procurement software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
