We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost and Inventory Accountant to join our fast-food establishment. The role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing inventory levels, analyzing costs, and ensuring financial accuracy within our operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire inventory cycle, including receiving, storage, and tracking of food and beverage items.
Develop and maintain effective inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste and shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Analyze cost variances and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to forecast demand and maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory control practices.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
