Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to perfume customers.
Assist customers in choosing suitable fragrances based on preferences.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of available perfumes and their characteristics.
Handle customer feedback and strive for customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on new perfume releases and industry trends.
Ensure a clean and organized perfume section.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the perfume industry.
Knowledge of different perfume brands and scents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with sales and inventory management.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
Enthusiastic and passionate about the perfume industry.
