You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. Working closely with the store manager, you will help oversee various departments, manage staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, oversee restocking activities, and manage product displays to maximize sales and minimize waste.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, promote special offers, and drive revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Collaborate with the store manager to analyze sales and performance metrics, contributing to decision-making and improvements.
