Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Supervisor. The Marketing and Sales Supervisor will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and leading a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company products/services
Supervise and lead the marketing and sales team to achieve targets and goals
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales activities
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and sales performance to management

Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on team leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
