Job Description:
Join our team as Factory Associates and become an integral part of our production and manufacturing process. We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the success of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Assemble and inspect products on the production line
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
High school diploma or equivalent
