Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take customers’ orders and provide menu recommendations when requested.
Relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt serving of meals.
Monitor tables and attend to customers’ needs throughout their dining experience.
Have a good understanding of menu items, ingredients, and special offerings.
Provide information on food and beverage options and assist in upselling.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
