Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food Court Staff. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our food court.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized food court area
Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Uphold the highest standards of customer service

Requirements:
Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic food court setting
Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling
Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
