Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our textile warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating with various departments to optimize stock levels. The Inventory Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and streamlined inventory system within our textile warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the inventory team in day-to-day operations
Oversee the accurate and timely recording of all incoming and outgoing textile products
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to optimize stock levels
Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures
Train and mentor inventory staff to enhance productivity and efficiency
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making
Collaborate with other warehouse supervisors to streamline overall warehouse operations

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor in a textile or warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
