Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Handle client appointments, reservations, and scheduling.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Monitor and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and offerings.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
Handle and resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Ensure security by following company protocols and maintaining visitor logs.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
