Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Receptionist:

Greet and welcome restaurant guests.
Take reservations and manage the reservation system.
Assist in seating guests and allocating tables.
Provide information on the restaurant’s menu and specials.
Handle phone inquiries and reservations.
Manage the waiting list during peak times.
Coordinate with the waiting staff for table turnover.
Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Keep track of reservations and guest flow.
Collaborate with the restaurant team for smooth operations.
