Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Document Management: Prepare and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, buyers, and sellers, answering inquiries, providing property information, and assisting in property tours.
Database Management: Maintain and update the real estate database, ensuring accurate and organized records of properties, clients, and transactions.
Marketing Support: Assist in real estate marketing activities, including creating property listings, online postings, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Real Estate Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role in the real estate industry is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate software.
