Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous maintenance or custodial experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of safety procedures and basic maintenance techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Effective communication skills.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy objects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Availability for after-hours emergency response, as needed.
