Key Responsibilities:

Assist Customers: Provide friendly and efficient customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Financial Guidance: Offer basic financial advice and product information to customers, aiding them in making informed decisions.
Transaction Processing: Handle various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account inquiries.
Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure security and confidentiality of customer information.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote banking products and services, contributing to the company’s growth.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of banking products and services.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
