Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the supermarket.
Assist customers in finding products and provide information on product details and pricing.
Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and products are well-organized and displayed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including checkout areas and product displays.
Promote current sales, discounts, and promotions to customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
