Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to assist with the smooth operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Clerk will play a key role in inventory management, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of contents and documenting any discrepancies.
Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that products are packed securely and labeled correctly.
Maintain organized and efficient storage of goods within the warehouse.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, updating records as needed.
Ensure that all products are stored, handled, and transported safely to prevent damage or loss.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Generate reports related to inventory levels, order status, and shipping activity.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
Operate computerized inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.
Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if required) and obtain necessary certifications.
Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating inventory.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
