Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with luggage handling and offer assistance to guests as needed.
Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
Monitor and respond to guest needs, including room service requests and special requests.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and billing information.
Promote and upsell hotel services, such as dining options, spa services, and special packages.
Assist with organizing and overseeing special events, conferences, and group bookings.
Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Handle emergencies and guest complaints with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related education is a plus.
Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest needs effectively.
Familiarity with hotel booking and reservation systems is an advantage.
Attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in using computers and office software.
