Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our team, a leading producer of high-quality packaged food products. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure the safe, efficient, and consistent production of our food items. Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our operations. Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet product demand and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment maintenance and repair needs.
Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and employee records.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
