CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and payment procedures.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests stay.

Manage guest requests and special preferences, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill their needs.

Resolve guest complaints or issues, aiming to achieve guest satisfaction and timely solutions.

* Tasks:

Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests for room service or repairs.

Handle billing and payment procedures accurately, maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
