* Responsibilities:

Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and payment procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests’ stay.
Manage guest requests and special preferences, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill their needs.
Resolve guest complaints or issues, aiming to achieve guest satisfaction and timely solutions.
* Tasks:
Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests for room service or repairs.
Handle billing and payment procedures accurately, maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Offer dining recommendations and assist with restaurant reservations based on guests’ preferences.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including handling guest mail and messages.
* Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
Problem-solving abilities and the patience to handle challenging situations calmly.
Proficiency in using hotel management software for reservations, check-ins, and guest profiles.
Customer-focused attitude and a strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
