We are seeking an organized and dedicated Office Assistant to join our school team in Dubai. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth administrative operations of the school, ensuring a conducive environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist in managing school records, student information, and administrative documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Support the coordination of school events, meetings, and activities.
Maintain the tidiness of the office area and ensure necessary supplies are available.

Tasks:
Assist in preparing and distributing school communications to students, parents, and staff.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to help organize classroom materials and resources.
Monitor and update student attendance records and manage absence reports.
Help maintain an organized inventory of school supplies and materials.
Support the administrative team in various ad hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using office software and tools.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
